Recent construction updates indicate that the main volume of the reinforced concrete superstructure has reached its pinnacle on the southern half of the plot. Exterior work is ongoing, with scaffolding and construction netting in place, and the grid of windows already installed. Excavation and foundation work for the secondary volume on the northern corner of the lot are still in progress. Based on the current pace, this component is expected to top out by late spring or early summer.

The façade combines various shades of gray metal paneling with what appears to be white brick.
