Onelife Fitness to Open First Alabama Location in McCalla

A rapidly expanding national fitness brand, Onelife Fitness, is set to open its first health club in Alabama later this year. The new facility, located at Tannehill Promenade in McCalla, is part of a broader plan to establish at least six health clubs in the Birmingham area.
Grand Opening in December
The $10 million Onelife fitness mccalla is scheduled to open in December and will create over 100 job opportunities. This marks a important milestone for the company as it continues its national expansion, adding more than 10 new locations annually.
State-of-the-Art Facilities
The McCalla center will span 58,000 square feet and offer a variety of amenities designed to cater to diverse fitness needs. key features include:
- An indoor saltwater pool
- Locker rooms equipped with saunas, cold plunge, and hot tubs
- Over 15,000 square feet dedicated to strength training
- Olympic platforms
- Four boutique studios offering classes in cycling, yoga, Pilates, and Les Mills programs
- A relax and recover studio featuring red light therapy, hydromassage, compression, and percussion therapies
- A 3,000 square-foot kids club for children
