Lithuanian hospitality group “Sėkmės tiltas” (Success Bridge) is facing significant financial difficulties, with outstanding debts to state social security and the tax authority, according to a February 19, 2026, credit report analyzed by Juris LT. The company’s financial position has prompted a notice to creditors regarding potential insolvency proceedings.

Juris LT, based on publicly available data, reports that “Sėkmės tiltas” owes 9,035.31 euros to the state social security fund, with a deferred amount of 5,335.06 euros. Unpaid taxes to the State Tax Inspectorate total 4,785.74 euros, with a deferred amount of 4,776.33 euros.

The report as well indicates that unpaid debts have an average duration of 93 days.

Financial performance in 2024 revealed revenues of 799,647 euros, but a current ratio of 0.56, significantly below the sector average of 1.31. Pre-tax profitability was reported at -10.87%, with a debt-to-equity ratio of -8.43%.

“These indicators demonstrate a significant lack of liquidity, unprofitable operations, and insufficient coverage of liabilities in the short term,” Juris LT stated. “A current ratio significantly below 1 indicates that short-term liabilities exceed short-term assets.”

The analysis further revealed a history of repeated payment delays, a lengthy average payment term of 294 days, and prior legal proceedings.

According to a February 19, 2026, notice to creditors, “Sėkmės tiltas” has acknowledged its inability to fulfill obligations to creditors and has set a 15-calendar-day deadline for potential settlement. Failure to reach an agreement will result in the filing of a bankruptcy petition.

Juris LT stated it will evaluate the situation “from the perspective of protecting the interests of creditors, as well as possible restructuring or amicable settlement measures. The priority is to maximize the effective protection of creditors’ rights and minimize potential losses.”

“Sėkmės tiltas” operates as a subsidiary of “Nesė Group” and has been in business since 1997, according to data from rekvizitai.vz.lt. The company provides catering, event organization, and accommodation services.
