National Performance Brokerage Qualification Exam Registration Opens in Heilongjiang Province

Registration for the 2026 National Performance Brokerage Qualification Exam (Heilongjiang Examination District) is now open, according to an announcement from the Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism. Prospective candidates can submit their applications between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, April 15th to April 21st, 2026.

The exam, a key credential for those seeking to work as performance brokers in China, will be administered online through the examination registration platform: https://ccm.mct.gov.cn. Mobile users can access the registration portal via the “Wenlv Zhi Sheng” WeChat public account.

To be eligible, applicants must be Chinese citizens, uphold the Chinese constitution, demonstrate good political standing, possess a high school or equivalent education, and be at least 18 years old with full civil capacity. The exam is a crucial step for individuals aiming to enter the rapidly evolving Chinese entertainment industry.

Still, certain individuals are ineligible to register. This includes anyone who has had their exam qualifications revoked within the past two years due to violations of exam discipline or disruption of the exam order, as well as those recognized as having seriously lost trust in the cultural market due to violations of the “Regulations on Commercial Performances” and their implementation rules.

Candidates are advised to carefully review the requirements and submit accurate information, including a recent one-inch white background photo and a scan of their ID card. The submitted materials will be used for the creation of admission tickets, exam verification, and qualification certificates. Further details regarding the exam can be found on the National Performance Brokerage Qualification Exam registration platform. The exam is scheduled for May 30th, 2026, as stated in a notice from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
