Wiktoria Brzoska, Rafał Brzoska’s daughter from a previous marriage, has earned recognition through the Innovations Hub Foundation’s incubation program. Her startup, #TherAlign, was selected as one of the top six projects out of over 350 applicants. This news comes as entrepreneurship among the younger generation continues to gain momentum.

“Today is a proud dad moment. My daughter, Wiktoria Brzoska, with her startup #TherAlign and co-founders Julia Wojtyczek and Piotr Józefow, made it to the TOP 6 in the final of the Innovations Hub Foundation incubation program – out of over 350 projects.”

Brzoska added in his Instagram post:

“Their team also received a special award from the inCredibles fund of Sebastian Kulczyk, which supports the most promising young companies in Poland.”

Clearly moved by his daughter’s accomplishments, Brzoska emphasized that Wiktoria chose to pursue the project independently, without seeking financial assistance from him.

“(…) I admire Wiktoria the most. She approached the project with great ambition and… doesn’t want to use my capital as an investor. She wants to build her startup completely independently, securing funding from the market. I’m keeping my fingers crossed for her fundraising and the whole team – and as a dad, I’m just bursting with pride,” he shared.

Brzoska, a successful businessman himself, noted in his post that young Polish entrepreneurs possess significant potential, and it’s the responsibility of seasoned founders and investors to support them wisely, without taking over.

“Young Polish entrepreneurs have the courage, competence, and global ambitions. Our role, as seasoned founders and investors, is to support them wisely, but not to take over,” he concluded.
