Los Angeles – The divorce proceedings for Indonesian singer Raisa Andriana and actor Hamish Daud have been finalized. The South Jakarta Religious Court issued a default judgment in favor of Andriana, bringing an end to the couple’s marriage of eight years.
The ruling was issued by default as Daud did not attend any of the scheduled court hearings. The pair, who wed in 2017, announced their separation in October 2025, signaling a shift in the landscape of Indonesian celebrity couples.
Raisa’s legal counsel, Putra Lubis, confirmed the news, stating the primary focus of the suit was simply the marital status. “Alhamdulillah udah putus verstek ya, mengabulkan gugatan dan menyatakan perkawinan antara Raisa dan Hamish putus karena perceraian,” Lubis said in a message to reporters on Tuesday, December 16, 2025.

The former couple has agreed to a co-parenting arrangement for their daughter, reached outside of court. “Jadi fokus Raisa dan Hamish, hanya terkait status pernikahan saja yang kini sudah di putus bercerai, soal hak asuh sudah sepakat dengan co-parenting,” Lubis explained.
Lubis also stated that Andriana received the court’s decision well. “Dia cuma mengucapkan terima kasih dan agar menginfokan juga ke pihak Hamish,” he added.
The pair had previously announced their intention to separate in October 2025, emphasizing their commitment to remaining supportive co-parents. Lubis also firmly denied rumors of a third party being involved in the split, asserting that the decision was mutual and reached amicably.
