Parisian culinary and theatrical worlds collided in a unique collaborative experiment, recently documented in the new book *Hors les murs* (Beyond the Walls). The project, spearheaded by Théâtre de l’Odéon director Julien Gosselin and two-Michelin-starred chef Alexandre Gauthier of La Grenouillère, involved a series of intimate events held in an unconventional setting-a Brutalist-style garage in Paris’s 8th arrondissement-blurring the lines between performance and dining[[1]]. A Parisian theater director and a Michelin-starred chef have teamed up for a unique, limited-run experience, documenting their collaboration in a new book titled Hors les murs (Beyond the Walls).
