Levski Sofia is deep into its pre-season preparations, currently holding a training camp in Belek, Turkey, as it gears up for the resumption of the Bulgarian First League season. Owner Nasko Sirakov will join the team at the camp, signaling continued direct involvement in the club’s operations following a period of restructuring [[2]]. While Sirakov travels with the squad, Executive Director Daniel Borimirov will remain in Sofia to prioritize player recruitment ahead of the transfer window’s close.

The “Blues” have already played two pre-season friendlies, drawing 0-0 against Nyíregyháza and falling 2-1 to Vojvodina. Levski is scheduled to face Zagłębie on January 21, followed by a match against Trenčín on January 25.
Borimirov will remain in Sofia initially to focus on player recruitment and other key club matters. It remains unclear whether fellow club official Hristo Yovov will make the trip to Turkey.
