Students Hit by Motorbike in Ciudad Bolívar – Reports

Two students were reportedly struck by a motorcycle Wednesday, February 11, 2026, in Ciudad Bolívar, Venezuela. The incident underscores the ongoing risks pedestrians face in urban areas.

According to reports, the students were crossing Avenida España when they were hit by the motorcycle. The collision occurred near the “Carlos Emiliano Salom” school, a local educational institution.

Both injured students were stabilized by Civil Protection officials at the scene before being transported to Ruiz y Páez Hospital for further medical attention. Firefighters and Civil Protection personnel similarly responded to the incident, according to preliminary reports.

The accident took place near the “Sebastián Francisco de Miranda” school, in the La Sabanita parish.

Authorities have not released further details at this time.
