Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia — A significant block trade occurred on Monday, February 23, 2026, in shares of PT Sejahteraraya Anugrahjaya Tbk (SRAJ), the operator of Mayapada Hospital.

Negotiated trades totaled Rp 1.83 trillion (approximately $116.8 million USD), with 134.3 million shares changing hands at a price of IDR 13,600 per share. This substantial transaction underscores investor interest in the Indonesian healthcare sector.

Samuel Sekuritas facilitated the crossing trade, according to market data.

Data from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) indicates that no entity currently holds a stake of 5% or more in SRAJ through the securities code IF.

As of the time of reporting, the purpose of the large transaction remains undisclosed.

SRAJ’s share price remained unchanged on February 23, 2026, closing at IDR 16,000. However, the stock has seen considerable growth over the past year, increasing by 570.89%. In February of the previous year, SRAJ shares were trading at IDR 2,370.

The ultimate beneficial owner of SRAJ shares is Jonathan Tahir, son of Indonesian conglomerate Dato Sri Tahir, through his marriage to Rosy, the daughter of Lippo Group’s Mochtar Riady.

Jonathan Tahir controls SRAJ through PT Surya Cipta Inti Cemerlang, holding a 50.27% stake.

Jane Dewi Tahir and Tahir himself directly hold 0.41% and 0.02% of SRAJ shares, respectively.

The Tahir family is currently ranked as the fifth wealthiest in Indonesia, according to Forbes, with a net worth of $10.5 billion (approximately Rp 176.75 trillion).

Tahir built his business empire through the Mayapada Group, a conglomerate with interests in banking, healthcare, media, and property.

The Tahir family’s wealth has rebounded significantly after a sharp decline during the Covid-19 pandemic. Forbes reported Tahir’s net worth fell from $4.5 billion in 2019 to $2.6 billion in 2022.
