She was a Duchess, but lived like a Queen!
Sarah Ferguson (66) was married to Andrew for around ten years (when he was still a Prince). Despite their divorce, she remained part of the royal family, a status that was reflected in her lavish lifestyle.
Daily feasts and expensive shopping sprees: Fergie lived a life of luxury. Author Andrew Lownie details it all in his new book, «Entitled – The Rise and Fall of the House of York.»
A Feast Every Night
A former royal staffer revealed that Ferguson requested “huge amounts of beef, a leg of lamb and a chicken, which we were supposed to arrange on the dining table as if at a medieval banquet” every evening.

And often, only the Duchess herself and her daughters Beatrice and Eugenie were at the table. But why?
The source continued, stating that attempts to save the leftovers for the next day were nonexistent. “It just sat there all night and was thrown away the next day.”
But food wasn’t the only area where Fergie was extravagant. She also enjoyed frequent shopping trips to the luxury department store Harrods in London.
Paid for? Not by her. Instead, she charged her purchases to former owner Mohamed Al-Fayed.

She reportedly traveled with up to 25 suitcases.
Packing wasn’t something she did herself, however; up to 30 staff members were reportedly dedicated to assisting her.
Ferguson is now facing increased scrutiny amid the Epstein scandal, as she, like her ex-husband Andrew, was in contact with the sex offender, according to recently released files.
Emails have surfaced in which she pleaded with Epstein to marry her. He also claimed to have financially supported her for 15 years.
