Loiza Lamers & Princess Margarita: Latest Updates

Princess Margarita is feeling nostalgic, sharing old vacation photos of her family from the Austrian ski resort of Lech on Instagram. “Lech will always feel like coming home…” she wrote.

Meanwhile, Loiza Lamers is making headlines with a bold new photoshoot. The Dutch model and businesswoman, known for her groundbreaking win on Holland’s Next Top Model as the world’s first transgender winner of the global Top Model TV-franchise, is embracing a daring aesthetic. Lamers, born January 9, 1995, first gained public attention in a 2005 documentary, Van Lucas naar Luus (From Lucas to Luus), which chronicled her gender transition.

Prior to her win on the eighth season of Holland’s Next Top Model in 2015, Lamers worked as a hairdresser. Producers were initially unaware of her transgender status, which she disclosed after rumors began circulating online. She was ultimately crowned the winner on October 26, 2015, receiving a modeling contract valued at €50,000, which she later declined. Lamers later returned to the show as a guest jury member in 2019.

In January 2020, Lamers competed on Let’s Dance Germany 2020, where she was eliminated in week 7 after performing a Paso Doble to “Rhythm Is a Dancer” and participating in group dances to “Vogue” and “Push the Feeling On.”

Lamers’ continued presence in the public eye and willingness to push boundaries solidifies her status as a prominent figure in both the fashion and LGBTQ+ communities. The latest images demonstrate her confidence and artistic vision, continuing to challenge conventional beauty standards.
