Reality TV Star Faces Court Over Utestede Altercation

Oslo, Norway – Marius Borg Høiby, a Norwegian reality television personality, is on trial following an incident at a popular Oslo nightclub in 2024. The case centers around allegations of disruptive and aggressive behavior, and has drawn attention from both the public and the media.

According to court testimony on March 10, 2026, witness Caroline Nitter, known for appearances in several reality shows including “Farmen kjendis” and “71 grader nord,” described a scene at the Michaels nightclub on Frogner in Oslo during the Easter holiday in 2024. Nitter testified that Høiby became involved in a heated argument with a woman, during which he removed his shirt and shouted. The incident prompted authorities to charge Høiby with reckless conduct, to which he has pleaded partially guilty.

Nitter recounted that Høiby “brølte” – or roared – during the confrontation, and also overturned furniture. Another witness, Rebecca Helberg Arntsen, referred to as “Frogner-kvinnen” by the press, described Høiby’s behavior as resembling that of “Hulken,” a reference to the Marvel comic book character known for his immense strength and rage.

The prosecution alleges that Høiby grabbed the woman, yelled at her, and made aggressive gestures. Following the incident at Michaels, Høiby allegedly damaged property at a shared residence, punching his fist through a glass door and then into another door. This detail was also presented in court.

Høiby was reportedly heavily intoxicated both at a dinner prior to the incident and upon arriving at the nightclub. Witnesses stated he even offered Nitter a cookbook as a gift while visibly intoxicated. The case highlights the potential consequences of public intoxication and aggressive behavior.

Recent reports indicate a dispute over whether Nitter sold images related to the case, but she has denied those claims. The trial is ongoing, with further testimony expected to shed more light on the events of that night.
