WWE 2K26 players received an unexpected bonus on March 12, 2026, with the release of a fresh Locker Code offering 32,500 VC – the game’s virtual currency used in multiple modes. The limited-time offer was available for just a few hours.
The gift is available to players on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. To redeem it, players simply needed to enter a specific code within the game’s Locker Code system. However, the offer’s quick expiration date meant players had to act fast to claim their reward.

Locker Codes in WWE 2K26 regularly provide players with free rewards, including card packs, playable characters, and virtual currency. This latest code from the developers grants 32,500 VC, which can be used in MyFACTION to purchase packs or unlock wrestler cards.
The currency is also usable in The Island, where players can upgrade their custom characters or purchase cosmetic items. The code to leverage is: MZFGCPCR. It expired on March 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM PT / 16:00 GMT. After that time, it could no longer be used in the game.
Why 2K Games Distributed the Free Code to Players
The bonus wasn’t a coincidence. 2K Games and Visual Concepts released the code in response to player feedback regarding the game’s new progression system. Many fans felt the Ringside Pass required too much time to progress and unlock rewards. The developers offered the code as a gesture of goodwill to the community.
In a statement from the game’s team, the developers explained: “The Ringside Pass is a brand new feature, so like anything new, it will take time and attention to get it right.”
WWE 2K26 Patch 1.04: Changes for the Ringside Pass
Alongside the free code, a new game update was deployed. Patch 1.04 brings several modifications to the progression system, including increased experience gains from matches. XP earned in matches was increased by 20%, allowing players to advance more quickly through the Ringside Pass.
Custom matches now also award Ringside XP (RXP). A minimum match duration was also introduced to prevent certain exploits players were using to progress too quickly. If a match ends in under 60 seconds, the player receives RXP for completion, but not the victory bonus. This change aimed to prevent players from repeatedly facing Eric Bischoff, the character with the lowest rating in the game.
WWE 2K26 Launch Marked by Numerous Free Content Offers
Despite its recent release, WWE 2K26 already offers several free content items. Players can obtain the Legends Series 1 Base Pack simply by signing up for the game’s newsletter. A special pack also unlocks an additional playable character: Rhea Ripley. One tester declared in a review following the title’s release: “I tip my hat to the developers for their ability to constantly improve year after year.”
They added: “Granted, it’s not a perfect game, but objectively, I believe WWE 2K26 is the best wrestling game ever created, and that’s that, because I said so!” The game is available on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and Nintendo Switch. Update 1.04 is already available on PC, PlayStation, and Xbox, while the Nintendo Switch version is scheduled to arrive on March 30, 2026.
