ഇൻഫോപാർക്ക് ഫേസ് രണ്ടിലെ ജ്യോതിര്മയ ബില്ഡിംഗില് നടന്ന മത്സരത്തില് 130-ലധികം ഐ ടി ജീവനക്കാരാണ് പങ്കെടുത്തത്. ഇന്ഫോപാര്ക്ക് കൊച്ചി, തൃശൂര് (കൊരട്ടി) കാമ്പസുകൾ, സ്മാര്ട്ട്സിറ്റി കൊച്ചി എന്നിവിടങ്ങളില് നിന്നുള്ള കമ്പനികളെയും കാമ്പസുകളെയും പ്രതിനിധീകരിച്ച് മത്സരാര്ത്ഥികള് പങ്കെടുത്തു.
ഫിഡെ റേറ്റിംഗുള്ള നിരവധി കളിക്കാർ മത്സരത്തിൽ പങ്കെടുത്തത് പരിപാടിയുടെ നിലവാരം എടുത്തുകാണിക്കുന്നു.
മത്സരത്തിന് ശേഷം നടന്ന അവാര്ഡ് ദാന ചടങ്ങില്, ഇന്ഫോപാര്ക്ക് ബിസിനസ് ഡെവലപ്മെന്റ് സീനിയര് മാനേജര് പ്രദീപ് കുമാര് വി.പി., യുവിജെ ടെക്നോളജീസ് സിഇഒ ജിജോ ജി. ജോണ്, ചെസ് ആര്ബിട്രേറ്റേഴ്സായ ഹരീഷ് മേനോന്, റെനീഷ് എം തുടങ്ങിയവർ സമ്മാനങ്ങള് വിതരണം ചെയ്തു.
റാങ്കിംഗില് മുന്നിലെത്തിയ മികച്ച 20 പേര്ക്ക് ക്യാഷ് അവാര്ഡും മെഡലും സമ്മാനിച്ചു.
സീറോ പിക്സല്സിലെ അമ്രേഷ് എസ് കുമാര് റണ്ണര് അപ്പ് ആയി. ഐക്യുവിഐഎയിലെ ധനഞ്ജയ് വി.പി മൂന്നാം സ്ഥാനവും ഇഗ്നിറ്റേറിയം ടെക്നോളജീസിലെ സൗരവ് രാജ് കെ.കെ നാലാം സ്ഥാനവും നേടി. ഇവര്ക്ക് റണ്ണര്-അപ്പ് ട്രോഫിയും ക്യാഷ് അവാര്ഡും സമ്മാനിച്ചു. ചെക്ക് മേറ്റ് ക്വീന് കിരീടത്തിന് സ്ട്രാഡ ഗ്ലോബലിലെ അഞ്ജു മരിയ തോമസ് അര്ഹയായി.
The competition, held at Jyothirmay Building in Infopark Phase Two, drew over 130 IT professionals. Participants represented companies and campuses from Infopark Kochi, Thrissur (Koratty) campuses, and SmartCity Kochi.
The presence of numerous players with FIDE ratings underscored the high caliber of the event.
Following the tournament, Pradeep Kumar V.P., Senior Manager of Business Development at Infopark, Gijo G. John, CEO of UVJ Technologies, and chess arbiters Hareesh Menon and Reneesh M. Presented the awards.
Cash prizes and medals were awarded to the top 20 players in the rankings. Amresh S. Kumar from Zero Pixels finished as the runner-up. Dhananjay V.P. Of IQVIA secured third place, and Saurav Raj K.K. From Igniterium Technologies took fourth. They were presented with a runner-up trophy and cash awards. Anju Maria Thomas of Strada Global earned the Checkmate Queen title.
