LG has launched its Elite Care program, offering a suite of exclusive benefits for customers who purchase OLED M and G series smart televisions. The program includes complimentary professional installation, an extended warranty of up to four years – with the first year covering accidental damage – and component coverage that is uncommon among other brands.
The inclusion of accidental damage coverage for the first year is based on incident analysis, which indicates that the highest probability of issues occurring is within the initial year of ownership. These issues can range from scratches during installation to accidental impacts from children or pets, or damage sustained during positioning and mounting.
The LG Elite Care service isn’t automatically activated. If you’ve purchased an OLED TV from the M or G series since December 12, 2026, and want to take advantage of the additional warranty and protection, you’ll need to enroll. Here’s how:
- Purchase: Buy an eligible model from the LG OLED M or G series from authorized retailers during the promotional period (February 12, 2026 – December 31, 2026).
- Registration: Complete the form on www.campanialg.ro within a maximum of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase (as indicated on the invoice).
- Required Documents: Upload a legible copy of the fiscal invoice and enter the product’s identification details.
- Validation: Services become active only after the LG team confirms registration validation. - Free Professional Installation: Authorized specialists will handle unpacking, optimal positioning, mounting (on a table or wall), configuration, and training on how to apply the smart platform. The service is available in locations listed in the Regulations and within a maximum radius of 15.5 miles (25 km) from those locations.
- Accidental Damage Protection: Special coverage for sudden and unforeseen damage or theft by burglary/violence during the first year.
- Extended Warranty: The package includes 2 years of extended warranty (in addition to the standard 2-year warranty) and, for eligible models (G, M), a 5-year warranty for the display panel.
LG Elite Care is a worthwhile investment for peace of mind. It’s recommended that eligible customers activate the program.
