Playing at the Xi’an International Football Centre, the Chinese side overcame a two-goal deficit with second-half strikes from Xiang Yuwang and Li Xinxang. The tournament serves as key preparation for the 2026 Nagoya Asian Games.

Thailand took the early lead, with Jetjanah Mamma scoring a stunning goal in the 21st minute. Sila Park Wandi delivered the right-wing cross, setting up Mamma for a volley that set Thailand ahead 1-0.

The Thai side extended their advantage in the 35th minute when Chawanwit Saelao capitalized on a defensive miscue, finding the back of the net to make it 2-0.

China responded after halftime, with Xiang Yuwang scoring in the 50th minute to narrow the gap to 2-1. The equalizer came in the 66th minute courtesy of Li Xinxang, leveling the score at 2-2.
