Latvian singer Patrisha, whose real name is Patrīcija Ksenija Cuprijanoviča, is making a statement with her style – and it doesn’t involve dresses. The artist, known for her pop music and radio personality work, revealed she has 50 tattoos instead of a wardrobe full of gowns.

Born on June 25, 2001, in Riga, Latvia, Patrisha began singing in childhood and gained recognition through competitions in Latvia, Poland, Ukraine, Malta and Russia, including a second-place finish in Ukraine’s “Молода Галичина” at age 15. She also participated in the Latvian selection for the Russian television show “Golos” (“The Voice”).

Patrisha first gained wider recognition in Latvia in 2017 by appearing on the Latvian version of “X Factor,” though she didn’t win the competition. In 2019, she became the first Latvian musician to sign a contract with Universal Music Group, releasing three singles: “Es varu būt tā,” “Visu un vēl vairāk,” and “Lai tev sāp.”

The singer’s early life included a move from Riga to Kalngali with her family when she was 13, before returning to Riga at age 18. She honed her skills at the “Zvaigžņu sala” creative studio and participated in over 60 singing contests.
