Onda, a municipality in Spain, is launching a series of practical workshops focused on artificial intelligence (AI) for local businesses and entrepreneurs. The initiative, developed in collaboration with the Castellón European Center for Business and Innovation (CEEI Castellón), aims to help participants integrate AI into their daily operations.
The program, titled ‘Much more than AI, results that make a difference,’ will run from March through April and consist of three specialized sessions. These workshops will combine strategic content, practical demonstrations, and applied exercises to facilitate the effective adoption of AI technologies.
According to Vicent Bou, Onda’s Councilor for Innovation and Employment, the program “responds to a real need of the business fabric, bringing innovative tools in a practical and accessible way so that entrepreneurs can apply them from the first moment and improve their results.”
The workshops are designed to enable attendees to identify the most suitable AI solutions for their specific sectors, generate useful results through precise instructions, and implement the technology securely and professionally. Participants will work with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity, and DeepSeek, analyzing their advantages, limitations, and real-world business applications.
The training will also cover optimizing processes, reducing costs, and improving decision-making. This initiative reflects a growing trend among municipalities to support local businesses in leveraging AI for increased efficiency and competitiveness.
