Americana Restaurants International PLC announced on February 6, 2026, that its board of directors approved entering into franchise and licensing agreements for the Al Baik brand in several markets, including Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.

The company stated in a release that the board as well adopted the consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025, and approved a dividend distribution policy for presentation to the company’s annual general meeting for approval.
