The fallout between Ana Castela and Virginia Fonseca took a new turn on Wednesday, March 11, when the singer unfollowed the influencer after a perceived slight involving Fonseca’s three-year-old daughter, Maria Flor.
Castela had recently been at Fazenda Talismã, a property owned by singer Leonardo in Jussara, Goiás, where she spent time with Zé Felipe, as well as friends and family of the artist.
The incident began when a video surfaced of Castela applying makeup to Maria Flor. Fonseca responded on social media, stating, “Now she [Maria Flor] only wants her mom to do her makeup. Only mom knows how to do it,” leading to speculation that the comment was directed at Castela.
Following the public discussion, Zé Felipe addressed the situation, writing, “Everyone has limits. From now on, I’m going to show mine.”
He later elaborated, “Regarding the makeup situation with the kids’ mom, I don’t suppose it’s wrong, I agree. I think when something bothers you, it needs to be said directly.”
“Notice a lot of people who have nothing to do with this, it’s just to add fuel to the fire. That’s it… There are also times when I was wrong to be bothered and not speak up, which won’t happen again. Everything will be talked about. Not here,” he continued. “Everyone has problems, right? Bringing more problems to you guys isn’t nice. It’s nice to be here for entertainment, to produce you laugh and listen to music.”
“Those saying ‘oh, if so-and-so talks,’ speak up, say it. As a father and as a husband, I have nothing to say. You know what my mistake was? Keeping things bottled up, not taking a stand, avoiding a conflict that could have resolved something. And I also have nothing to say about the children’s mother,” he added.

In a subtle move, Ana Castela unfollowed Virginia Fonseca on social media, seemingly solidifying the tension between the two families.
The situation unfolds after Zé Felipe and Ana Castela’s brief romance ended in December 2025. The recent proximity has led fans to speculate about a possible reconciliation, adding another layer to the unfolding drama.
