IDXChannel – The Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) has announced latest data disclosure requirements for shareholders, mandating the reporting of ownership stakes of as little as 1 percent. This revised rule lowers the previous threshold of 5 percent for public disclosure.
Several new names have surfaced as a result of the change, including individual investor and financial influencer Andry Hakim. The 36-year-old is now listed as a shareholder in a number of publicly traded companies, including PT Cakra Buana Resources Energi Tbk (CBRE), according to data from the Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
Hakim holds 228 million shares in CBRE, representing a 5.02 percent stake in the company’s total outstanding shares. Based on CBRE’s current share price of Rp820, the value of Hakim’s investment in the company is approximately Rp186.8 billion. The increased transparency regarding share ownership is expected to provide greater insight into market dynamics.
Hakim’s ownership in CBRE was previously known due to his stake exceeding the 5 percent threshold. Yet, his name has now also appeared on the shareholder lists of PT Royaltama Mulia Kontraktorindo Tbk (RMKO) and PT Satria Mega Kencana Tbk (SOTS).
In RMKO, Andry Hakim owns 30 million shares of the mining contractor, equivalent to a 2.4 percent stake. The value of his RMKO portfolio is Rp21.75 billion.
