To ensure a fair process, tickets for home matches will be distributed through a ballot system exclusively for Arsenal Members. Members can register individually or as a group of up to four, provided all members meet the necessary requirements. Registration is open throughout the entire window, and chances of success remain consistent regardless of when you enter.

For the Silver and Red ballots, supporters can indicate their interest in being considered for the family-oriented areas located in blocks 28, 29, and half of block 30. Availability is limited, and groups may be allocated to other areas based on the application.

Eligible members can select up to two preferred price bands during registration. If unsuccessful in those bands, they can also opt to be considered for any remaining available areas.

Please note that applications will be unsuccessful if a payment card is declined.

Ballot Notification

While every effort will be made to notify applicants of the ballot results via email, members are responsible for checking their purchase history for updates. Results can be found in the booking history section of their online Box Office account.
