Bulgaria’s “King of Pop-Folk” Azis has once again sparked a flurry of reactions on social media with recent photos revealing his new pectoral implants, just three weeks after undergoing the procedure.
The photos, showcasing his enhanced physique, were accompanied by a post from the newest judge on “Like Two Drops of Water” (Като две капки вода), expressing his positive feelings following the surgery.
“Three weeks post-op from breast augmentation with male implants. Feeling special,” Azis wrote alongside a message of gratitude to plastic surgeon Dr. Nikolai Georgiev, who performed the procedure.
“I no longer walk hunched over, but proudly upright, due to the fact that I carry these beautiful breasts,” boasted the singer, known as the “Nightingale of Kostinbrod.”
However, his accompanying comments about training and the results typically achieved through diet and exercise drew polarized opinions from his followers.
“For all those who don’t wish to spend decades in the gym for a result that disappears in minutes – don’t be afraid. Live in the future. Leave behind traditions and generally accepted customs, and norms. Break the things ingrained in your brain for years, that sports offer character, health, beauty. It may be so, but I didn’t have the free time to trust urban legends (not that I ever listened anyway),” Azis wrote, with the latter part of the statement particularly igniting debate.
Some followers questioned his advice to fans, including many young people, to forgo sports in favor of plastic surgery, pointing out the significant difference between the function of muscles and silicone in the human body. Many athletes, they noted, could attest to the benefits of sports on mental health and development, especially in children and adolescents.
