TENERIFE – A lavish lifestyle on the sunny island of Tenerife is turning into a painful reality for Zuzana Belohorcová and Vlasta Hájek. The couple’s long-standing marriage is facing a significant crisis, complicated by the difficulty in selling their multi-million euro villa.
The dream of a life under the Spanish sun has stalled for Vlasta Hájek and Zuzana Belohorcová. The pair established a real estate firm on Tenerife and resided in a luxury villa in the Costa Adeje area. Today, however, their years-long marriage is experiencing a serious breakdown. Sources indicate the separation was not amicable.
The relationship reportedly fractured with the emergence of a romantic involvement between Hájek and Aleksandra, a Macedonian real estate agent. The situation appears difficult to resolve. The couple spent the end-of-year holidays apart – Belohorcová departed with her children, Nevio and Salma, to visit family in Slovakia, and later took a trip to Miami, where they previously lived.

The primary obstacle remains their shared property, which has proven difficult to sell. The luxury villa has reappeared on the Instagram page of the real estate company handling the sale. While their shared path appears to be ending, they are unable to finalize it due to the villa in Costa Adeje, which has yet to locate a buyer. This situation highlights the complexities of dividing assets during a high-profile divorce.
The property, situated on a 690 square meter plot, offers ocean views, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms. It also features a sixteen-meter infinity pool and an extensive wellness area with a gym, sauna, jacuzzi, indoor pool, and a garage for approximately ten cars. The price reflects these amenities – 5.5 million euros. The high cost may be contributing to the slow sales process.
