French rap duo Bigflo & Oli are currently stranded in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, after a work trip to Nepal to film a music video for their upcoming single “Karma.” The artists shared their situation on social media as they prepare for an album release.
Bigflo and Oli have been unexpectedly stuck in Dubai for four days due to escalating tensions in the Gulf region following an Israeli-American action in Iran. The duo first reported their predicament on social media on Tuesday, March 3, 2026.
“We were just in transit for two hours, and we ended up blocked at the airport,” they explained in a video posted from the balcony of their hotel, which overlooks the Burj Khalifa, the world’s tallest building. “We didn’t want to say anything too soon because we were waiting for news.”

“We just hear the sound of missiles sometimes. Nothing too serious,” Oli commented. “We feel safe enough, but it’s still a bit strange.”
The rappers noted that the situation has led to postponements of several events related to the promotion of their new album. They shared this information on social media, expressing their regret to fans. “We’re having to reschedule some promo, we’re ten days away from the release, we’re in the… mess,” they confessed.
Bigflo & Oli’s fifth album is set to release on March 13. It will be accompanied by a tour, “the Karma tour 2026,” which will kick off in Toulouse on April 17, 19, and May 14 before continuing throughout France. Dates are also scheduled in Montpellier and Narbonne on November 27 and 28, 2026.
