A series of events kicking off March 7th and running through March 28th, 2026, will place mental health at the forefront of public discussion with 58 meetings, workshops, and performances across 10 libraries and 12 partner locations.

Recognizing that mental wellbeing is a universal concern impacting both personal lives and broader society, the initiative aims to foster a deeper understanding of the factors influencing mental health. The program will explore issues like anxiety, mental health disorders, and neurodiversity, and will consider how societal norms and environmental factors contribute to mental equilibrium.

The events seek to reframe the understanding of mental distress, viewing it not as an isolated issue but as a shared human experience.
