Bugatti and bicycle manufacturer Factor have collaborated to develop a recent limited-edition model, the One, which will be released in a run of 250 units.
The exclusive road bicycle was created with a single objective: to achieve maximum speed and lightness. Factor initially aimed to produce one of the fastest bicycles compliant with Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI) regulations, but the Bugatti version removes those restrictions, allowing engineers greater freedom to experiment.
The result is a technically advanced bicycle featuring a specially designed, wider front fork for improved aerodynamics and stability, a full carbon fiber frame and components, extremely lightweight wheels – weighing 1.36 kg for the pair – and high-end materials such as Alcantara for the seat. The design incorporates Bugatti’s signature “French Racing Blue” color and the brand’s emblem, the dancing elephant.
Only 250 of these bicycles will be produced, with prices starting at nearly €26,000. Recognizing that demand for a bicycle at this price point will be limited, Factor also offers its “standard” One model for €8,199, while those with deeper pockets may be interested in the Factor HANZŌ Track Paris Edition, priced at €71,199.
