What are the requirements for participation?
Applicants must possess technical or technological training in areas related to automotive mechanics, vehicle maintenance, tire mounting, and tire maintenance.
The Canadian company requires a minimum of 36 months of proven experience in the field. Responsibilities will include:
- Mounting, dismounting, and balancing tires of different types and sizes.
- Verifying the general condition of tires.
- Repairing punctures according to established technical protocols.
- Proper use of manual and pneumatic tools.
- Supporting preventive maintenance activities.
- Complying with industrial safety regulations and internal procedures defined by the company.

The SENA’s employment platform also specifies a requirement for an advanced level of English, particularly in understanding and reading manuals, instructions, and regulations.
While not essential, applicants with knowledge or experience in computerized alignment and balancing, or certifications in industrial safety or automotive maintenance, will be given preference.

Although 20 positions are available, the application process may close before March 2, 2026, or once the required number of applications is reached.
