Actress Caroline Azmy was a guest on Saturday, March 14, on the prank present “Ramz Level Al-Wahsh,” hosted by artist Ramz Galal, throughout the days of Ramadan 2026, on MBC Egypt and the Shahid platform.

Caroline is the 24th victim on the famous prank show, after Ramz hosted a large number of stars from art and sports in previous episodes, including: Ahmed El-Sakka, Ghada Adel, Ghada Abdel Razek, Mostafa Gharib, Samah Anwar, Marwan Attia, Yasser Ibrahim, Saleh Abu Shamat, Aya Samaha, Asmaa Galal, Hana El-Zahid, Shaimaa Saif, and Amr El-Dardiri.

Caroline goes through several stages, the first when the presenter receives her and tells her that the program is called “The Journey,” and she initially believes it is a talk show, before the prank is carried out on her. She moves from one room to another, facing poultry in one, a gorilla in another, and challenges in a third, until she reaches the final stage, where Ramz Galal reveals himself inside a room covered in water.
A source close to Caroline revealed in an exclusive statement to Masrawy, that she suffered injuries and bruises during the filming of the program, and also needed more than one session of physical therapy.

Caroline Azmy is currently participating in the Ramadan race with the series “Ra’s Al-Af’a,” starring Amir Karara, Sherif Mounir, Magda Zaki, and Ahmed Ghazi, written by Hani Sarhan, with contributions from Nesma Samir, and directed by Mohamed Bakir.
