Casio has announced a new analog watch, the MTP-B315. Five versions of the timepiece were recently listed on the brand’s international website alongside variations of the MTP-B215 and the MTP-B190. The launch underscores Casio’s continued presence in the accessible timepiece market.
The Casio MTP-B315 features a round, silver-colored stainless steel case measuring 46.5 x 40.0 x 9.7 mm (~1.83 x 1.57 x 0.38 inches). The dial includes three hands for hours, minutes and seconds, along with baton indexes set within a Clous de Paris ring. A 24-hour sub-dial is positioned at the 6 o’clock mark.
The watches are water-resistant to 50 meters and include a screw-lock back and mineral glass. Casio states the MTP-B315 is designed to maintain accuracy within 20 seconds per month and will operate for approximately three years on a single SR621SW battery.
Two versions of the MTP-B315 will be available with seven-row stainless steel bracelets, whereas three variants will feature genuine leather straps. The MTP-B315D-1AV combines a metal bracelet with a black dial. The MTP-B315D-7AV offers a light silver face.
Leather strap options include the MTP-B315L-2AV with a blue dial, the MTP-B315L-3AV featuring a blue-green dial, and the MTP-B315L-4AV with a maroon red dial. All leather-banded models will ship with a black genuine leather band.
Release dates and pricing for the Casio MTP-B315 watches have not yet been announced.
