Chilean public sector employees are set to receive a vacation bonus at the start of the year, providing a financial boost during a traditionally expensive time for families. The economic support aims to help with increased spending associated with rest and vacations.
The benefit amounts for this year have been adjusted following annual sector negotiations, with payments varying based on each worker’s net income.
