Chuck Norris Dies: Martial Arts Legend & ‘Walker, Texas Ranger’ Star’s $70M Fortune Revealed

Martial arts legend and actor Chuck Norris has died at the age of 86, just one day after being hospitalized in Hawaii for an undisclosed medical emergency.

At the time of his death, the Hollywood icon was at his vacation home on the island of Kauai, according to Realtor.

Norris leaves behind an estimated net worth of around $70 million, or approximately €64 million, including significant real estate investments, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

Among his properties is a home in Dallas, which he owned with his brother Aaron and where he resided while filming “Walker, Texas Ranger.”

The actor earned around $375,000 per episode for the iconic series, which ran for over 200 episodes.

The property, valued at $1.2 million in 2013, features four bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a home theater, a gym, and a private lake.

A separate building on the grounds was used as a studio for the long-running television show.

Norris and his family as well owned Lone Wolf Ranch in Navasota, Texas, which served as the headquarters for their bottled water company, CForce.

In 2015, the star expanded his empire with a $7 million real estate purchase on Kauai.

The three-bedroom property, dubbed “Paradise Island Ranch,” had long been a family retreat.

The star’s annual earnings, including acting, endorsements, real estate, and other business ventures, reached approximately $30 million, or about €27.6 million.

Born on March 10, 1940, in Oklahoma, Chuck Norris rose to fame in the 1960s as a martial arts champion before conquering Hollywood.

He broke through with his role in 1972’s “Way of the Dragon” alongside martial arts legend Bruce Lee.

The two met at the 1967 All-American Karate Championships and formed a close friendship.

Norris later described Lee as a formidable opponent with refined technique.

The actor’s career spanned decades.

He gained a fresh generation of fans through the viral internet phenomenon “Chuck Norris Facts,” which turned his tough-guy persona into folklore. This cemented his status as a pop culture icon.

Norris is survived by five children from two marriages.
