Dahua & Yarooms Partner for Smarter Workplace Management | Digital AV Magazine

Dahua Technology has formed a technology partnership with Yarooms, a leading workplace management platform. This collaboration designates Yarooms as Dahua’s first official ECO partner for the Dahua DeepHub meeting scheduling display.

The integration combines Yarooms’ workplace experience layer with Dahua’s advanced display technology to address challenges facing modern offices, including underutilized spaces and disconnected hybrid work experiences. By connecting Yarooms’ real-time booking data with Dahua’s DeepHub digital signage and room panels, organizations can now instantly visualize space availability across their workplaces.

Yarooms has been helping organizations coordinate workspaces – through desk and room booking, hybrid work planning, visitor management, and workplace analytics – since 2010.

The joint solution is specifically designed for high-demand enterprise environments, offering a “single source of truth” for office utilization. The Dahua DeepHub meeting scheduling display, in combination with YAROOMS, is particularly well-suited for IT/workspace ecosystems requiring seamless, real-time calendar synchronization to avoid double bookings; security-conscious companies with internal servers prioritizing high levels of implementation control and in-house maintenance capabilities; and large-scale global deployments where direct cost-effectiveness is a priority over solely cloud-based service models.

Research indicates that up to 40% of booked meeting rooms remain unused due to no-shows or inefficient scheduling. The Dahua and Yarooms integration addresses this issue by enabling room panels to automatically release unoccupied spaces in real-time based on actual occupancy data. This ensures that every desk and meeting room “works harder,” encouraging drop-in usage and reducing friction in daily workflows. This integration represents a growing trend toward leveraging data to optimize workplace efficiency.
