Hong Kong actor and television personality Dan Lai Man celebrated his 67th birthday with a surprise gathering organized by the cast and crew of the popular TVB series, Ai Jia (愛·回家), which translates to “Love Home.”
The celebration included a full-room singalong at a TVB restaurant, according to reports from myTV SUPER and am730.
Lai’s wife, Hu Beiwei, was also in attendance and playfully reminded everyone, “Fear of your wife is the first step to success,” as reported by Hong Kong 01.
The actor’s birthday celebration marks another year of success for Lai, who is well-known for his role in Ai Jia. The show has been a long-running hit for TVB and this year’s celebration signifies a decade of the show and its cast.
