Dell has updated its flagship laptop lines, adding Intel Core Ultra 9 200HX Plus processors to the available options. The revisions include updated specifications for the Alienware 18 Area-51, Alienware 16 Area-51, and Alienware 16X Aurora models, with some versions also receiving GPU upgrades.
The Alienware 18 Area-51 now supports the fresh Intel Core Ultra 7 270HX Plus and the high-performance Core Ultra 9 290HX Plus processors. Previously, only traditional Arrow Lake versions were available, which Intel’s own testing indicates are approximately 8% slower than the new generation.
