In fact, she believes that his previous relationship with his ex-wife and mother of his children wasn’t fully resolved.
“He was also coming out of something that had been very important to him, so I was also in another place in my life, trying to grow professionally, so I never saw a future with him outside of the show. (…) We talked about it and he told me it was okay, that yes, yes, yes. And well, we tried, obviously,” she explained in a conversation with Ojo a la Tele.
She also emphasized that their differing priorities ultimately drove them apart.
“He is closing a chapter in his life. I am younger, I want other things in my life. I also went into it wanting to focus on my own things, on my career,” she concluded.
