The airport experienced exceptionally high demand throughout the peak season, Griffiths noted, expressing satisfaction with Dubai Airports’ ability to efficiently manage this significant growth. He attributed the successful operation to the resilience and preparedness of its workforce, reflecting the strength of the airport’s operational framework.
Griffiths anticipates continued high passenger volumes in the coming days, projecting daily numbers to remain above 300,000 throughout the next week. The airport expects to accommodate approximately 3.4 million passengers between January 1st and January 11th.
