Dubai Financial Centre’s (DFC) first residential project, “The Residences,” has sold out following its official launch earlier this week, signaling strong demand for luxury living within the emerging Za’abeel District.

The swift sell-out reflects significant interest in the residential offering, designed to provide a tranquil living experience with panoramic views and a seamless pedestrian network within one of Dubai’s most anticipated destinations. The project appealed to buyers seeking a home within Za’abeel District, which is envisioned not simply as an expansion of the Dubai International Financial Centre and the city, but as a fully integrated destination focused on culture, wellness, and quality of life.
