Netflix Sets Date for the Grand Finale of Argentine Hit ‘Envidiosa’
Netflix has officially announced that the fourth and final season of Envidiosa will premiere on April 29, 2026. This upcoming release marks the definitive conclusion for the Argentine series, which has become a global phenomenon and the most-watched international production from Argentina on the platform since its 2024 debut.
The series, which has already secured a win for best comedy series at the Martín Fierro Awards, has evolved into a significant export for Argentine streaming content. The final chapter promises to redefine the central character’s journey as the story reaches its climax.
A Shift in Drama: Modern Twists for Victoria
The final season is set to present the most significant emotional hurdles yet for the protagonist, Victoria, played by Griselda Siciliani. The plot will pivot away from traditional romantic triangles, instead focusing on the arrival of a nine-year-classic son belonging to her partner, Matías (Esteban Lamothe).

the narrative will deepen the relationship between Victoria and her psychologist, Fernanda, portrayed by Lorena Vega. Showrunner Carolina Aguirre emphasized that the series has always been more than a simple romantic comedy, stating that “Envidiosa, more than a romantic comedy, has always been a series about the bond between patient and therapist.”
The Road to the Finale
The announcement follows previous hints from Griselda Siciliani, who had already teased the end of the series in statements made last year, confirming that a fourth and final season had been produced. By setting a concrete date, Netflix has position an end to any speculation regarding further continuations of the story.
Since its global premiere on September 18, 2024, Envidiosa—directed by Gabriel Medina and written by Carolina Aguirre—has seen steady growth. Following the first season, a second season premiered on February 5, 2025 and a third season followed on November 19, 2025. Produced by Adrián Suar under Kapow, the series has consistently led the rankings for Argentine fiction on the streaming giant.
The upcoming April 29 release will serve as the final curtain call for a production that has successfully balanced comedy and drama while cementing its place in the regional streaming landscape.
