The Extremadura regional government is continuing to roll out information sessions as part of its RELEVA Autónomos program, designed to facilitate business continuity and transfers across the region. The initiative aims to connect entrepreneurs with viable businesses for potential acquisition.
The next session will be held in Almendralejo on February 19, focusing on practical strategies to streamline business transfers. The event will include technical presentations, an analysis of the transfer process, case studies from local businesses, and a forum for sharing experiences and addressing questions. The program is geared toward business owners considering retirement and entrepreneurs seeking to capture over an existing operation.
These sessions provide access to specialized advice, help identify opportunities for continued operation, and foster direct connections between sellers and potential buyers, ultimately supporting the Extremadura region’s economic fabric. The program underscores the importance of succession planning for small and medium-sized enterprises.
Following the Almendralejo event, the program will continue with sessions in Navalmoral de la Mata on February 25, concentrating on strategies to ensure the longevity of viable companies. Additional sessions are scheduled for Don Benito on February 12 and Los Santos de Maimona on February 27 as part of the RELEVA Empresa Familiar program.
