Faby felt immense guilt being separated from Nona during her illness. She rushed to Bandung as soon as possible, despite having a very limited window of time to spend with her daughter.
“I left here at 4 a.m. and arrived in Bandung at 6 a.m. But I had to return to Jakarta by 8 a.m. to make my evening shoot. So, I only got to see her for two hours,” Faby shared during an interview on Studio Rumpi: No Secret TTV Kapten P Tendean on Tuesday, December 30, 2025.
She expressed a deep desire to be able to fully support her daughter, but acknowledged the realities of her career.
“It’s heartbreaking not being able to be with Nona full-time. I wish I could split myself in two, one here and one in Bandung,” she added.
Faby admits that balancing the roles of mother and father is exhausting. However, she feels she must project strength for her children and family.
The actress revealed she often keeps her sadness private, finding solace in quiet moments. “You have to be strong in front of everyone, especially the kids. I cry when I’m driving or taking a shower – that’s when it’s okay,” she confessed.
