Fuel prices have risen as the conflict involving the U.S. And Israel in Iran entered its 25th day. On March 23, 2026, U.S. President Donald Trump announced a five-day pause in planned attacks on Iran, stating that an agreement was within reach. The announcement triggered a decline in Brent crude prices, falling below $100 per barrel.
FUEL PRICE INCREASES
Diesel prices increased by 6.58 Turkish Lira, while gasoline prices rose by 0.93 kuruş. Following the increases, diesel prices in Istanbul exceeded 77 Lira, while in Ankara they surpassed 78 Lira and in İzmir, 79 Lira. In some provinces, diesel prices have risen above 80 Lira per liter.
