FUJAIRAH, United Arab Emirates – The sixth edition of the Arab Taekwondo Cup concluded on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, in Fujairah, United Arab Emirates, with a series of thrilling finals and medal ceremonies. The G1-ranked tournament showcased top young talent from across the Arab world, drawing enthusiastic crowds to the Zayed Sports Complex.

Competition was fierce throughout the day, culminating in a series of decisive matches that determined the medalists in various weight classes.

In the male divisions, Saudi Arabia’s Khaled Assiri claimed gold in the under-33 kg category, with compatriot Mishari Al-Qayasi taking silver. Moeed Tameem secured gold in the under-41 kg division, while Bahrain’s Khaled Al-Haddad earned the silver. Omer Al-Breiki of Bahrain won gold in the under-45 kg weight class, with Jordan’s Yamen Abu Amoud finishing second.

Osama Al-Yazidi of Yemen took gold in the under-49 kg category, followed by Egypt’s Malik Lotfi with silver. Grace Khoury (Lebanon) won gold in the under-53 kg division, with Ayoz Cruz (Qatar) earning silver. Majed Abu Shabaneh of Jordan secured gold in the under-57 kg weight class, while Hamdi Yassini (Tunisia) took silver.

Eid Al-Majed (Saudi Arabia) won gold in the under-61 kg division, with Sond Rahal (Jordan) earning silver. Egypt’s Mohamed El-Hosseiny claimed gold in the under-65 kg category, with Osama Abu Amoud (Jordan) taking silver. Sahand Shams Aldeen (Iraq) secured gold in the over-65 kg weight class, with Karam Al-Taani (Jordan) earning silver.

Turning to the female divisions, Reem Youssef won gold in the under-29 kg category, with Salma Damiri taking silver. Jordan’s Sarah Al-Zaatari secured gold in the under-33 kg division, with Alia Al-Sraidi (UAE) earning silver. Alia Al-Mansouri (Jordan) won gold in the under-37 kg weight class, with fellow Jordanian Sarah Al-Faroukh taking silver.

Maria Al-Ansari (UAE) claimed gold in the under-41 kg division, with Malak Al-Qantari (Morocco) earning silver. Azza Osama (UAE) won gold in the under-44 kg weight class, with Bisan Khalil (Jordan) taking silver. Rital Ghazi (UAE) secured gold in the under-47 kg category, with Rokia Al-Amrani (Morocco) earning silver.

Asma Al-Ziyani (Morocco) won gold in the under-51 kg division, with Salha Saad (UAE) taking silver. Sofia Taameh (Lebanon) secured gold in the under-55 kg weight class, with Rania Al-Naeemi (UAE) earning silver. Jana Hosni (Egypt) claimed gold in the under-59 kg category, with Rital Abdullatif (UAE) taking silver. Bana Milham (Jordan) won gold in the over-59 kg weight class, with Fatima Saad (UAE) earning silver.

The successful conclusion of the sixth Arab Taekwondo Cup reinforces Fujairah’s position as a prominent hub for major continental and international sporting events in the region.
