Samsung recently concluded its “Galaxy Community Connect 2026” event in San Francisco, bringing together over 50 participants from 17 countries. The gathering, which included dedicated Samsung Members Stars and Reddit users, focused on shaping the future of the Galaxy experience and providing direct feedback to the company.
The Samsung Members platform serves as a hub for product information, service updates and community interaction. Recognizing the value of engaged users, Samsung identifies and elevates active contributors as Samsung Members Stars, fostering a stronger connection between the brand and its most passionate advocates. This event underscores the growing importance of direct community engagement for tech companies.
More than a product showcase, the event prioritized open dialogue and the exchange of perspectives, empowering attendees to actively contribute to the evolution of the Galaxy ecosystem.
Galaxy Unpacked 2026: A New Era for Galaxy AI
A key highlight of the three-day program was Galaxy Unpacked 2026, where Samsung unveiled a more integrated and personalized version of Galaxy AI. The company showcased a true agentic AI experience, alongside enhancements to privacy and security, and new features planned for the Galaxy S26 series and the Galaxy Buds4 Series.
“It was incredible,” said Oksana Bykova, a Samsung Members Star based in the United States. “Samsung showed how Galaxy AI can enrich everyday experiences, and the Ultra Clear Call feature on the Galaxy Buds4 particularly impressed me.”
“I’m very excited about the Privacy Display feature on the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra,” added Gerson Manzanares, a Samsung Members Star from Nicaragua. “The way the screen automatically adjusts viewing angles to prevent peeping is truly ingenious.”

One of the most popular sessions during the event was a Q&A with Sungdae Joshua Cho, Executive Vice President and Head of Visual Solution Team at Samsung Electronics’ Mobile eXperience (MX) division. Cho addressed questions directly from attendees.
The program similarly included presentations and demonstrations of Galaxy’s core photography technologies. Participants observed noticeable improvements in brightness, noise reduction, and detail, illustrating how these innovations translate into a better user experience.
