Gold prices rose on Sunday, February 22, 2026, as global stock markets stabilized following a third consecutive week of gains. The precious metal benefited from ongoing geopolitical tensions and differing expectations regarding U.S. Interest rate policy, which renewed its appeal as a safe-haven asset.
