Mariana Prachařová, the daughter of Czech actors David Prachař and Dana Batulková, recently experienced a harrowing ordeal whereas vacationing in Hawaii. The influencer shared with her followers that a severe storm turned what was supposed to be a relaxing getaway into a night she feared for her life.
According to reports from March 16, 2026, Prachařová was caught in a powerful storm with strong winds and heavy rain. “Really, the electricity went out as of the storm, the wind and the rain and I’m telling you, I thought a tree or a branch would fall on the roof at night,” she recounted to her followers on social media.
The 31-year-old described the weather as a near-typhoon, expressing concern about the structural integrity of her accommodation. “It was such a typhoon that I’m surprised the little house I’m staying in withstood it. I’m praying it gets better…” she shared.
Despite the frightening experience, Prachařová maintained her characteristic good humor. After a sleepless night, she headed to a nearby fitness center, noting, “What am I supposed to do at home in the dark? At least there’s wifi here.”
Prachařová frequently shares glimpses of her travels and exclusive events with her social media audience, but this recent experience offered a more vulnerable and dramatic narrative. The incident highlights the unpredictable nature of travel and the potential for even idyllic destinations to be impacted by severe weather.
