Barcelona – HONOR unveiled its vision for Human Augmented Intelligence (AHI) and detailed advancements within its ALPHA PLAN strategy at Mobile World Congress 2026. The ALPHA PLAN is built around three core pillars: Alpha Phone, Alpha Store, and Alpha Lab.
The company showcased a conceptual “Robot Phone,” exploring the integration of corporeal artificial intelligence into a smartphone. This prototype features robotic-level motion control, intelligent AI tracking, and a three-axis gimbal stabilization camera system. The development signals a growing trend toward more physically interactive and spatially aware mobile devices.
The Robot Phone boasts a 200-megapixel sensor and gimbal-stabilized camera system, offering features like Super Steady Video and AI SpinShot for cinematic transitions. It incorporates a self-developed micromotor and an ultra-compact 4DoF gimbal system, designed for operation within a compact body.
HONOR CEO James Li explained that the company is focused on developing human-centric devices by combining cognitive and emotional intelligence, envisioning a new “silicon-carbon civilization.”
Magic V6: Innovation in the Foldable Segment
HONOR similarly introduced the Magic V6, its new flagship foldable device. The phone features an 8.75mm closed profile, a reinforced hinge architecture, and IP68 and IP69 certifications for water and dust resistance.
The Magic V6 integrates fifth-generation Silicon-Carbon battery technology, developed in collaboration with ATL, achieving 25% silicon content and a 6660mAh battery within an ultra-thin design. HONOR also previewed its Silicon-Carbon Blade battery, with 32% silicon content and over 900 Wh/L.
The device features 6.52-inch (external) and 7.95-inch (internal) LTPO 2.0 displays with adaptive refresh rates from 1–120Hz and peak brightness levels of up to 6000 and 5000 nits respectively for HDR content. It includes an ultra-thin flexible glass with SGS Minimized Crease certification, reducing the crease depth by 44% compared to the previous generation.
The Magic V6 is the first foldable powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and incorporates an advanced vapor chamber cooling system for sustained performance during multitasking and gaming.
Expansion of the AI Ecosystem
Expanding its ecosystem, HONOR also presented the MagicPad 4 and the MagicBook Pro 14.
The MagicPad 4 incorporates the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 platform in an ultra-thin 4.8mm body, a 12.3-inch 3K OLED display with a 165Hz refresh rate, and AI-powered multitasking tools. It also integrates a new Linux Lab in Developer Options, enabling the execution of the OpenClaw AI assistant.
The MagicBook Pro 14 is equipped with Intel Core Ultra Series 3 processors, a 14.6-inch OLED display, and an intelligent performance management system, geared toward creative tasks and sustained workloads.
Presentation of Humanoid Robot
During the launch event, HONOR unveiled its first humanoid robot, designed for applications such as shopping assistance, workplace inspections, and supportive companionship. The company indicated it will leverage its expertise in mobile devices to develop consumer robots integrated into its ecosystem.
With these announcements, HONOR is reinforcing its strategy of integrating intelligent hardware and software, broadening its focus on Human Augmented Intelligence in both digital and physical experiences.
