Huawei unveiled its latest flagship products at an “Innovative Technologies Gala” held in Istanbul, showcasing a range of devices from foldable phones to wearable technology. The event highlighted the company’s newest solutions, blending technology and aesthetics. Key product announcements included the foldable HUAWEI Mate X7, the durable Watch Ultimate 2, the Mesh X3 Pro for home internet, and the stylish FreeClip 2.
Huawei Mate X7 and New Ecosystem Products Launched in Turkey
Huawei continues to develop strides in the foldable phone market with the HUAWEI Mate X7. The device features an 8-inch X-True screen when unfolded. Built with Kristal Zırh Kunlun Glass, the phone offers a durability level 25 times greater than previous models against drops. The device’s photography capabilities are enhanced by the XMAGE imaging system and a True-to-Colour sensor that improves color accuracy by %43. Users can access global applications seamlessly through the AppGallery.
For diving enthusiasts, Huawei introduced the HUAWEI Watch Ultimate 2. The smartwatch features a case constructed from zirconium-based liquid metal and offers professional diving support up to 150 meters. Notably, the watch incorporates a first-of-its-kind sonar-based underwater communication technology, solidifying its position as a highly durable and innovative wearable. This technology represents a significant step forward in wearable capabilities for underwater activities.
In home internet solutions, the HUAWEI WiFi Mesh X3 Pro stands out with support for Wi-Fi 7 technology. Capable of reaching speeds up to 3.6 Gbps, the device includes MLO (Multi-Link Operation) and 4K-QAM features. Its design incorporates a transparent metal-mesh antenna and dynamic LED effects that respond to weather conditions, aiming to seamlessly integrate into home décor.
Rounding out the announcements, the HUAWEI FreeClip 2 joins the open-ear headphone series. Building on the success of the previous generation, the headphones retain the ergonomic C-bridge design and are now available in Pink Gold. Improvements to the audio performance include increased volume and enhanced bass, alongside smart features like head gesture control.
Pricing and promotional details for the products were as well shared during the launch event. The HUAWEI Mate X7 is available for 129,999 TL. A campaign starting February 9th includes a complimentary Wifi Mesh X3 Pro, while offers on February 16th will bundle a Watch GT 6 Series and a 66W Charger. The HUAWEI Watch Ultimate 2 starts at 34,999 TL. The home internet product, Mesh X3 Pro, is priced at 12,999 TL for a 1+1 set, and the FreeClip 2 headphones are available for 9,899 TL. Huawei Turkey Consumer Electronics Group Country Director Wan Fei stated that the company will continue to deliver the most durable and aesthetically pleasing technologies to Turkish consumers.
