İbrahim Tatlıses and his daughter Dilan Çıtak are embroiled in a legal dispute stemming from an incident that occurred last year during a breakfast meeting in Bodrum.
Tatlıses alleges that his daughter threw a remote control at him during an argument, prompting him to file a police report with the claim that the object constituted a “weapon.”
Sources indicate that Tatlıses had previously filed a complaint against his daughter, only to later withdraw it. Despite this, the case is proceeding as a public prosecution.
Following the incident, Tatlıses postponed two concerts in Germany and appeared in a wheelchair at the Bodrum Bitez courthouse to formally file his complaint against his daughter.

DİLAN ÇITAK’S RESPONSE
Çıtak addressed the allegations during an appearance on a television program, stating:

“It never happened. I don’t know how this came about. I’m reading this with as much disbelief as you are, and it’s being persistently defended, but let me clarify this here and now. He has hundreds of cameras in his house. A lot of cameras. If that had happened, I would have immediately shared the footage, so to speak.”
